breakfast area did not have enough seats available and it appeared that there were seats in an upper area that were kept closed off. we had to eat in the lobby rather than at a table.

The spa/hot tub wasn't working, with the cooler weather and all walking around, would have been nice to get in it. Need to look into getting it fixed.

Air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool during the day. New units would be a plus.

Location to Colonial Williamsburg was perfect for walking and enjoying the fall weather. Everything was comfortable.

The biggest detractor was no window to the outside. Looking out onto the breakfast room was not a plus, but for one night bearable.

Rooms appeared to be clean and served our purpose very well.

They offered a continental breakfast. No one in the family could find anything good other than the coffee. It was in fact horrible.

Great-sized rooms with a full kitchen, great services. Nice and ideal location, especially for me. Again, walking distance to Copper Fox Distillery.

Alot of kid friendly indoor activities. I also like the fact the hotel allows animals!

Hot Tub was not working for the adults.

good location and good weekday rates comfortable beds, good features, fridge, microwave etc.

high rates for second night ventilation system was far too loud. Kept us awake. mildew/mold in hallways floor not clean somewhat limited breakfast

Friendly staffs and accomondation

The location made all vacation spots very accessible.

The air conditioner near the entrance door mixing with the warm air outside - on the second floor caused the tile to be slippery - twice family members slipped as the result.

I loved the close location to Colonial Williamsburg. Very friendly and helpful staff! Great recreation facilities in the hotel!

Dogs on the lower floor were very noisy every morning, waking us up early. Would rather have a small table and chairs instead of the desk set up, and do not like the temperpedic beds.

Couples seeking decent stay

The place had a good location, and I appreciated the kitchenette-it let us cook some breakfast ourselves, a nice change. We even had a decent breakfast spread for what it was, that coffee hit the spot real nice.

It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly, it was acceptable for what we got.

I enjoyed the location

The continental breakfast didn't offer a variety of choices, the beds were not comfortable and the hazardous elevator door.

We had a very nice room and the price was very reasonable. It was close to all major attractions.

Our only complaint was breakfast time. The options for the complimentary breakfast was good but, seeing as this is a family friendly hotel and very near to several popular attractions, breakfast time was extremely busy. We feel there should have been more than one kitchen attendant to help replenish the food. There were atleast 10-15 people in line to make waffles on two separate waffle makers. Seeing as this obviously is very popular, maybe the hotel should invest in a third waffle maker.
